3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on location, size, condition, and delivery requirements.

4. Ordering & Payment

Once an order is placed, a pro forma invoice will be issued. Full payment (or a deposit, if agreed) must be received before dispatch. We accept bank transfers. Titan Containerie reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Ireland. While we aim for timely delivery, actual lead times may vary. Delays caused by third-party logistics or external conditions (weather, road issues) are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if the container is significantly different from the description provided. Customers must inspect their container upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.

7. Warranties

Used containers are sold “as-is.” New containers may include limited manufacturer warranties. Details will be provided during quoting.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or delivery of our products.
