Refund & Returns Policy

At Titan Containerie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to supply quality shipping containers that meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The container delivered does not match your order (wrong size, condition, or type)

  • The container is damaged beyond expected wear and tear for used units

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Each return request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us via:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the container (if damaged or incorrect)


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange for collection of the container (if applicable)

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method, depending on the condition and agreement

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation

Note: Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-modified or repainted containers

  • Containers purchased “as is” with full prior disclosure of condition

  • Change-of-mind or customer relocation after delivery


5. Canceling an Order

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible, and our return conditions will apply.
